Daisy Fresh Cleaning Terms of Service

We value your trust in us! Our top priority is to provide you with a sparkling clean and hassle-free experience. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service.

Holidays:

We observe New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will call to reschedule for a day/time that works for you.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Call or text 512-996-5553. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee due on the day of the cleaning.

Lock Out Policy:

To ensure a seamless cleaning experience, kindly provide access to your home through a key, code, or any necessary arrangements. Our team will wait 15 min. If we are unable to enter at that point a cancellation fee of $100 will apply to cover our team’s time and travel expenses.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will promptly return to address any concerns and ensure you’re delighted with the results. We do not offer discounts or refunds

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of service. An invoice will be e-mailed to you with a link to payment.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards and electronic payments.

Late Payment Fees:

To maintain the efficiency of our operations, please ensure payment is made at the time of service. A $25 late fee will be applied to unpaid invoices after 24 hrs, and $10 per day thereafter.

Limitations:

For the safety of our team and in compliance with our insurance policy, we are unable to move heavy furniture, appliances, use ladders with more than two steps, clean animal or human waste, pest infestation, mold remediation and excessive debris removal. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Social Media Release/Quality Control:

For advertising & quality assurance purposes, we may from time to time take before and after pictures of our work in your home. Your privacy is our utmost priority and we absolutely will NOT identify you by name. In addition, photos will not have any identifying features, personal or valuable items in them.

Supplies & Equipment:

Daisy Fresh Cleaning provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. We have researched, used and tested our cleaning supplies and tools and are confident in their uses and the materials they work best on. We offer non-toxic cleansers on request. If a client requests a particular cleaning product or equipment we can not assume responsibility for any damages that may occur from using that product/equipment.

Pets:

We are animal lovers. If your fur baby is weary of strangers, or likes to protect your property (or possibly aggressive), or is sensitive to loud noises, we recommend they are kept in a place they feel safe. We will love your fur babies like our own, however we cannot clean up animal feces, urine, or vomit. We also do not clean out pet crates, cages, playpens, littler boxes, puppy pads, or “scoop poop”.

Preparing For Your Cleaning Service:

It is not necessary to clean your home before we arrive. This is why you hired a cleaning service! However we do ask that if you have piles of dishes, clothes or items throughout the home, to pick these items up to make sure we have clear pathways to walk and work in. Additional fees may be applied if decluttering and picking up is required to clean surfaces. We take the utmost care with clients items, unfortunately accidents can still occur. If you have valuable, fragile, heirlooms that can break, please move them to a safe place from accidental breakage or damage.
