What services do you offer?

Our cleaning services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. We also customize cleanings based on your specific needs.

What is the difference between a Standard Clean & a Deep Clean?

Deep cleans are a thorough, top-to-bottom clean. Everything is wet wiped and scrubbed. From baseboards, ceiling fans, doors, door frames, under furniture (we are unable to move large furniture but will reach what we can with an extender pole), a/c vents and returns, and hard water stains.

Do you use non-toxic or eco-friendly cleaning products?

We use non-toxic cleaning products upon request. Otherwise, we use professional-grade products to ensure a thorough clean.

Do you bring cleaning products & supplies?

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. We have researched, used, and tested our cleaning supplies and tools and are confident in their uses and the materials they work best on. We offer non-toxic products on request.

What is included in your standard cleaning checklist?

How much do your services cost?

Pricing for our services depends on the size of your home and the level of cleaning needed, as every house is unique. Factors that influence pricing include the size of your home, cleaning frequency, number of pets, number of residents, types of flooring, and the amount of dusting required.

Our typical rate starts at $150 per visit for bi-weekly service, while deep cleans start at $350.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for first responders, teachers, and clients who bundle cleanings with neighbors or nearby homes. Be sure to follow our Facebook page; we do run specials!

Should I tip the cleaners?

Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated by our hardworking cleaning professionals. It is a great way to show your appreciation!

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! We are actually able to be more efficient when there is no one in the home. Many of our clients prefer to run errands or relax elsewhere while we clean. We just need access to your home, which can be arranged via a key, garage code, or other method.

What if I’m unhappy with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH. You will receive an invoice via email or text. Payment is due on the day of service.

I have never had a housecleaning service before. Should I do anything before the Cleaners arrive?

Yes, to give you the best results possible, we ask that you pick up toys, clothing, and other personal items before the cleaning.
You might also want to remove clutter from kitchen and bathroom counters, so we can offer you a more thorough clean.
